The staff at this small hotel are so accommodating and incredibly nice. the location is marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from Kriminalmuseum. - the hotel offers friendly service and outstanding food. - Guests can enjoy wake up calls and ironing services free of charge.

The hotel offers modern and fantastic accommodation. It has a marvellous setting adjacent to trains, shops, and restaurants. - the main train station is conveniently located nearby with lots of food options. - the breakfast caters to every taste.

This place is beautiful, spotless, and every detail is fantastic, their single rooms come equipped with climate control and a kettle.

Facilities in the hotel are poor for the price. No WIFI (of course possible via mobile but at extra cost). No lobby, bar or restaurant to speak of (but for breakfast it is okay and for dinner, you are straight in the old town so no issue either)

Close to trains, close to entertainment district, large rooms (for Zurich), friendly staff, everything in walking distance.

Close to a number of clubs with a large prostitution presence in the area.

Really nice stay at Sorell Hotel Rutli in Zurich. Good-sized and fashionable unit with tub.- Always pleasant staff.- Great location in a pretty quiet area.- A pleasant restaurant in the hotel.

I was first given a modern room with graffiti, but disliked it and asked to change to a classically set room, without anything written on the walls. My request was immediately answered and very friendly receptionist changed my room to a better one. People always smiled and were helpful and always willing to assist in any matter.I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and it will certainly be my hotel of choice next time i visit Zurich.

Everything was lovely!

The room was clean and came set up with an excellent coffee machine, internet etc.. great for a business trip or city stay. I forgot to bring an adapter and a correct one was readily available from the Reception.

It would have been good to have instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, dummy-proof. Also the TV did not work well although I didn't make much use of it.
